Dual C1500 Bundle Kit

The Dual C1500 Bundle provides a ready-made two-node subsea acoustic communication system in a compact, high-depth enclosure format. Each C1500 modem consists of our feature-rich PMM4511 boardset and a 77Wh Li-Ion battery housed in an aluminum pressure enclosure, creating a plug-and-play solution ideal for testing, development, field trials, and compact subsea network deployments.

• Compact Enclosed Design: Space-optimized 300 mm x 76 mm x 76 mm form factor for vehicle, mooring, and field-test applications.
• Long-Range Acoustic Communication: 1–4 km depending on conditions and modulation selected.
• Flexible Data Rates: 80 bps to 10,240 bps depending on the selected modulation scheme.
• Precise Acoustic Ranging: Two-way acoustic ranging with accuracy better than <0.3 m.
• Integrated Battery Power: Each modem includes a 77Wh 22.2V Li-Ion battery for portable operation.
• Easy System Integration: Ethernet, RS-422, RS-232, and programmable Linux APIs.
• Onboard Data Logging: 32 GB internal storage with waveform playback/recording capability.

• Phorcys Stheno: Adds secure Phorcys communications capability on supported configurations.
• MARIA: Unlocks the Marine Acoustic Rapid Innovation Architecture for custom acoustic algorithms, PCM data access, and advanced hardware control.
